Personalized items
Every award is engraved with your text, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. This is why we send a design preview for your approval before production.
Damaged or wrong item
If your award arrives damaged, or the engraving does not match the preview you approved, message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 1361140 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the award. We will replace it at no cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before you approve the design preview. After approval, production starts and the order cannot be cancelled.
